This Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Thomas Family Essentials LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes refund requests from customers (“you” or “your”). By placing an order with Thomas Family Essentials LLC, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

1. Refund Eligibility:
(a) Customers may request a full refund to the original method of payment if the refund request is submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of shipment confirmation and such request is approved by Thomas Family Essentials LLC at its sole discretion.
(b) Refund requests submitted after forty-eight (48) hours of shipment confirmation shall be eligible only for store credit, subject to approval.
(c) For exchanges, refunds, or protection claims made within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of merchandise, a full refund to the original payment method shall be provided, irrespective of the time required to resolve the claim.
2. Refund Processing:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, Thomas Family Essentials LLC will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within five (5) to seven (7) business days. The timing of funds availability may vary depending on your financial institution.
3. Shipping Fees:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is the result of an error or a defective product as determined by Thomas Family Essentials LLC.
4. Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted, at the sole discretion of Thomas Family Essentials LLC, for merchandise that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
5. Exclusions:
No refunds will be issued for products designated as non-returnable, including but not limited to custom, clearance, or final sale items, unless such items are determined to be defective or shipped in error by Thomas Family Essentials LLC.
6. Customer Obligations:
Customers are required to inspect all merchandise promptly upon receipt and to report any issues within forty-eight (48) hours. Failure to do so may result in the denial of refund eligibility.
