Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Thomas Family Essentials LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes order cancellation requests from customers (“you” or “your”). By placing an order with Thomas Family Essentials LLC, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
1. Order Cancellation Eligibility:
(a) Customers may request cancellation of an order only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
(b) Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer guaranteed and will be subject to the sole discretion of Thomas Family Essentials LLC.

2. Procedure for Cancellation:
(a) All cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after the order is placed.
(b) To initiate a cancellation request, customers must contact customer service at support@thomasfamilyessentials.com and provide the order number and relevant details.
(c) Thomas Family Essentials LLC will review the request and provide written confirmation of approval or denial of the cancellation.

(a) If a cancellation request is approved prior to order processing or shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
(b) If a cancellation request is denied due to order processing or shipment, the order will be subject to the terms of our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Orders for custom, clearance, or final sale items are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.
