Return, Exchange & Shipping Protection Policy

International Returns:
For orders shipped outside the United States, customers are solely responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Thomas Family Essentials LLC disclaims liability for merchandise lost or damaged in return transit for international shipments.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers are required to inspect all merchandise promptly upon receipt and report any issues within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Notification must include photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue.
Resolution:
If a claim is approved, Thomas Family Essentials LLC will, at its sole discretion, arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to the customer.
