Shipping Policy

Effective Date: June 13, 2025

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which Thomas Family Essentials LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides shipping services to customers (“you” or “your”). By placing an order with Thomas Family Essentials LLC, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this Policy.

Shipping Costs:
Domestic shipments are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of ten U.S. dollars ($10.00) per order. International shipments are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of fifteen U.S. dollars ($15.00) per order. Certain products may be eligible for the domestic rate at the sole discretion of Thomas Family Essentials LLC.

Shipping Protection:
Shipping protection is offered as an optional service and is automatically selected on the cart page prior to checkout. This plan provides coverage exclusively for loss, damage, or theft of merchandise during transit. Customers who deselect the shipping protection option expressly acknowledge and agree that Thomas Family Essentials LLC shall bear no liability for loss, damage, or theft of merchandise once shipped.

Delivery Time:
Orders are typically delivered within twelve (12) to fifteen (15) business days, subject to the delivery location and supplier processing times.

Shipping Protection Claims:
Claims for loss, damage, or theft of merchandise during transit must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of the expected delivery date via the designated online claims form:
File a Protection Plan Claim.
Claims submitted after this period may be denied at the sole discretion of Thomas Family Essentials LLC.

Shipping Exclusions:
Shipping protection does not provide coverage for delays caused by customs, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Thomas Family Essentials LLC shall not be liable for such exclusions.
